On April 18, the first Chocolate Museum in Central Asia opened in the ethnographic area of Navruz Park — a unique project by Iman Chocolate & Fruits. The museum combines the rich history of chocolate — from ancient civilizations to modern production traditions — creating an unforgettable space for visitors.
The exhibition includes 19 objects, 16 of which are handcrafted chocolate sculptures made from 850 kg of chocolate. Among them are miniature copies of architectural monuments from Uzbekistan and around the world, as well as figures of well-known historical personalities. Each piece is coated with a special lacquer that preserves its shape for up to a year.
Visitors can not only view but also touch the exhibits, exploring the history of chocolate in an interactive way. The museum also has a production workshop where you can see the entire chocolate-making process — from cocoa beans to the finished product. A zone for master classes is planned to open soon, where anyone can create their own chocolate under the guidance of artisans.
⏰ The museum is open daily from 9:00 to 18:00.
